Noelle joined GGV Capital in 2022 and is based in the Singapore office. She leads client solutions for GGV’s USD funds where she is responsible for fundraising and LP relations, including the firm’s co-investment program.
Prior to GGV, Noelle spent 10 years at global private equity firm Partners Group and JPMorgan. At Partners Group, she covered sovereign wealth funds, public pension funds, and other large institutional investors in Asia on tailored private markets investment solutions. Additionally, she served as a deputy Impact Committee member on the firm’s flagship sustainability fund. At JPMorgan, Noelle advised UHNW families and family offices in Southeast Asia on portfolio construction and investment strategy.
Noelle has spoken on sustainability and investing at international conferences including the 2019 World Economic Forum's Annual Meeting in Davos and the 2021 UN World Investment Forum. Noelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Melbourne, Australia.
