Mr. Bruce Yu has 20 years' experience in corporate governance, direct investment and capital operation. He worked at Jiangxi Copper Co. Ltd and participated in its recapitalization and listing in Hong Kong.
He started his career in venture investment in 1999. He was a member of the Board of Supervisors, Assistant to CEO, Manager of Investment department at Shanghai Science & Technology Investment Co. Ltd and arranged many investment projects involving optoelectronics, biology and environmental protection.
Mr. Yu was the founder and directing manager of Shanghai Delta Medical Investment Co. Ltd., specializing in investments in the health and pharmaceutical industries. He was the general manager of Shanghai Yichuang Investment Co. Ltd, focusing on investments in small and medium-sized high-tech entrepreneurial enterprises and having various investments in the areas of bioengineering, energy conservation and stream media.
He graduated from Nanchang University and received his MBA degree from Fudan University. He also paid a one-year study visit to the Business school of the University of Illinois at Urban-Champaign. He has qualifications as a mechanical engineer and senior economist.
